Is it all or nothing when it comes to the benefits of a raw food diet?
I know that the raw food diet has many health benefits, longevity and mental wellness. But unfortunately, I lack the necessary willpower to give up all my food cooked ones. My amazement is that if you eat a diet that is largely in the rough, but not completely, I still experience some benefits, although at lower levels?
the most complete foods you eat, the diet is healthy. thats just my opinion. With regard to the wishes and stuff .. It seems that you're still addicted to certain foods cooked .. Maybe you could trying to go 100% raw for a while? after a couple of weeks, the anxiety was for me and I began to crave fruits and vegetables. good luck:]
