It seems that wherever you turn there is a different concept of eating program that is supposed to help you lose weight and look better. Naturally, we also want to feel healthier, not only lose fat.

In today's article I compare two methods to lose weight and lead a healthier life. One is called every other day diet and the other is known as the raw food diet. Which method is best for you? What should you choose?

Before comparing these two methods according to a list of criteria, let us review what these programs are, in general.

The diet of every two days (EODD for short) is a loss weight at which you can eat your favorite foods every two days, even if these are the kinds of foods that normally do not find in any diet plan. These may include pizza, burgers, etc..

Naturally, this program has specific guidelines and must eat according to them. But if you do, you can lose weight without actually depriving.

The raw food diet is a general term for programs that provide food intake in their natural forms. This is usually vegetarian vegan, if not, the programs, so that meat eaters do not like this. The idea is that because modern food is full of chemicals, pesticides, antibiotics, drugs and other contaminants, we getting sicker and fatter, simply because we are eating bad food and we have to stop.

Facility use

EODD I think it is easier to do than the diets of raw foods because it is less restrictive and does not require a radical lifestyle change. However, you can get used to eating raw. It's a habit.

Support

EODD has a support system but so do many online raw food diet, such as Yuri Elkaim Eating plans for Energy program. I think the support is very important and why I prefer online programs books.

Exercise

Raw food diet as a whole are not focused on exercise. Some include exercise guidelines and other no. With EODD must exercise regularly to get the best result possible. There is no way around it.

Health Wise

This is a point of contention. If you believe that the use of "modern" food is bad for you (and there are experts who say the same), then a diet of crude will be healthier for you. If not, then you need not go to such extremes.

I will say this: there is no truth in claims that our food are not as clean as you can and should be. However, it is necessary to realize that eating raw is a commitment to a totally different way of life, so you need to be ready.

Each of these methods can work for you. Just choose the one that seems right for you and your life.
