The lifestyle causes more cases of heart disease and diseases of the blood circulation, either wholly or in part. Improper lifestyle can cause blood vessels to narrow, high blood pressure and inflammation in the circulatory system. These changes reduced the overall condition and health of the tissue and may cause more dramatic events like blod clots, heart attack or stroke.

Here are some simple tips to avoid disease in the heart and blood vessels and to help regain good circulatory health if the disease is already present.

- Do not smoke or use any other sources of nicotine. Smoking is perhaps the most potent cause circulatory problems.

– Have some exercises at least every two days that make your heart work harder. Jogging, bicycling, playing ball, swimming or other activities where your energy is increased consume are good for blood circulation. Exercises but must conform to current health status.

– Get enough sleep every 24 hours. The whole dream however, should not occur over night. For example, you can have some of their need for a nap at midday. 7 hours of sleep seems to be the ideal health optimal circulation. Many more hours of sleep seems to be bad for your blood circulation.

– Reduce the amount of fat in your diet. Do not add much oil, butter or other fat to your meal. Do not consume more fast food or ready made foods often contain large amount of fat added.
