Athlete of eating only raw foods?
Was it a bad idea for athletes to eat only raw foods? Still have the energy they need?
Most likely not …. you do not get enough protein …. 're talking only vegetables? If so … definitely no! .. eating raw meat and other bacteria opens a Pandora …!
