Raw food diet?
Im thinking of trying because my sugar cravings are out of control and I do not eat cooked food that all modes. I know many of their vegetables, but what about things like bread and feta cheese. I also love the sugar free orange juice, but I guess this is not allowed? Advice please:)
Your body needs a certain amount of fuel (food) per day to survive and do any exercise or activity you're involved in. If you eat a little less than this amount then your body will burn fat to make up the difference. If you eat less than this amount, you go into starvation mode and not lose anything. Calculate how many calories you need to eat each day to lose weight, how many calories you burn through exercise and how many calories are in foods you eat.
