My son is fourteen years old and a sprinter. His coach mentioned that he has "frequently" but the lack of "power"

You can namely: 1) how to improve their "power"? Do you swim well? 2) how to improve your speed? The coach says he does not "stretch the legs" far enough. 3) What kind of food that is best for him? Is it true that raw meat is better than cooked meat? That's what the coach mentioned. 4) Is there any particular food you should eat a few days before that perhaps the heat. In the actual days of competition, what kind of food is best for him? 4) it is okay for my child to eat a little chocolate bar or wheat bar while waiting for your event? That's all for now. High energy bars should help just before your event. But please, no raw meat. It is not safe!
