raw food diet and cancer
Raw Food Diet – this is harmful or helpful?

I recently read about the raw food diet, where you eat only fresh products that have not been cooked. I was interested in trying this but I do not want to damage my health. I have no real problem with the meat and I'm not trying to cure cancer as Most people who adopt this diet seem to be trying to do. I'm curious of anyone has tried it, for how long, what are the effects, what weight loss if appropriate, are they still in it, if so or not, no – Why or why? Well, I guess some people do not understand, and that is fault. It is the raw meat. A raw food diet is nearly vegan. No meat or dairy products at all. Raw vegetables and fruits, nuts, etc.

I've been wanting be harsher than I already am. There are plenty of sites out there with SO many recipes good-looking/sounding. I can not imagine a downside when it comes to health. Food Raw retains more of its vitamins. It makes more sense to eat foods in their natural state (not of Food, animals – there is a difference), or at least near she. To make a lot of raw recipes that need a good food processor, blender well, and a good dehydrator. Here are some links: Tons of recipes: http://www.fromsadtoraw.com/RawRecipes.htm One of my favorite blogs: A Forum http://www.aniphyo.com/ premiums for advice: http://reallyrawfood.com/forum/index.php It can be very difficult t eat mainly raw foods, but can be fun to try! Even doing part of their raw diet can have health benefits. I'm sure. I'm going to make raw chocolate mousse, avocado pie now!
