What do you think of my plan raw food diet to lose weight?

7 am – Breakfast – fruit salad 9 am – fruit 11 am – 1 pm Fruit – Juice fruit 3 pm – lunch – fruit puree 5 pm – 7 pm Vegetable Salad – Dinner – vegetable salad + grapefruit after exercise. Exercise: 2 hours in the gym (lifting ab + exercise weights) 1 (minimum) hours walking 15-30 minutes 10-15 minutes jumping rope up and down stairs + 3 liters of water What do you think this? You may lose 3-4 kilos fast? Like 7-10 days? I'm not a big girl, I have 51 kilos and want to go down to 47-48. I've been on a diet of protein weight loss of the last 5 weeks and the other with some carbohydrates to the 6th, but these last 3 kgs just will not go:)

Hello, I would recommend incorporating more vegetables and reducing the sugar if you are looking to lose weight. Be sure to add some nuts, seeds and fat to prevent the body loses too much muscle, you'll need protein to grow muscle taught. Salads and fruit can be boring and I recommend obtaining supplies of raw food recipes. A good resource for raw food recipes is www.rawpeople.com. Hope this helps!
