Raw food? Do you think that this diet plan is healthy?
This site has a sample menu plan, I was thinking during the week I eat like this and then at weekends I can cook vegetables. Day 1: Monday Morning: 3 pounds (1.4 kg) of watermelon (not seedless). Afternoon: 2 mangos. 1 avocado. 3 stalks celery. Snack: 2 mangos. Night: A large lettuce, cucumber, tomato, onion and green salad with a handful of raw sunflower seeds, avocados two and a freshly squeezed lemon. I want to be down 40 pounds in three months. I think maybe is a good one!!:) if that dosent work for some reason getting on a diet of tuna for my mom knows the people who lost 40 pounds in a month, I do so now that she is doing:) I always tell my mother I could never do that I do not like tuna, lol
