Breakfast: blueberry + banana + apple (+ only) baby food. 67cal 1 / 3 cup oatmeal morning tea cinnamon apple pear + + (+ just) baby food. 56cal Lunch: 1 small Apple Dinner: 1 small carrot premium 1 / 2 sweet potato + carrot + apple (+ anything) baby food 26cal Exercise: walk two kilometers cal Total: max 350ish? Theres also 4grams protein in the baby food and 0.3grams of fat. 30gram as well as carbohydrate and 15 mg of sodium. To whom I already mentioned that thin: I'm 5'2 and 105 pounds.
