How much weight can I expect to lose in a raw vegan diet?

I'm with the aim of reaching about 160 pounds at 5'8. I am currently 219.8 pounds, so I have about 60 pounds to lose. I'm a vegetarian and get a lot of calories for my dairy, I would weigh less if I cut off completely. You should lose weight quickly, especially if you exercise. Probably 2-5 pounds a week. Drink water and stay under 1300 calories, melts with fast! good luck.
