raw food diet recipes breakfast

Today I want to tell you about a breakfast cereal really delicious I do for myself several times a week. It's amazing and all premiums. The reason I share this with you is that a lot of cereals out there, packaged and processed cereals, although they say they are healthy, not really! When you look the list of ingredients, usually gluctose ingredients include fructose syrup, high fructose corn, wheat, gluten, coloring, or any number of things you do not want to put in your body. All these things are irritating to the body and are not something you want to consume, especially on a daily basis.

If you watch the commercials healthy cereal, I urge you to really think about what they are trying to sell you. What I want to share with you today is how to prepare a raw cereal is amazing and takes literally less than 5 minutes to prepare. It's full of whole foods that will feed all day and start the day in the best possible way. Many people say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but I'm not sure that necessarily agree. Each meal is important. Your health is important.

This cereal is rich in antioxidants because the main ingredient is fresh berries. You definitely want to start the day with the best food possible so as not to feel weak and fall asleep at work or school or wherever you are. My favorite combination is blackberries, blueberries and raspberries. To prepare the cereal, start by throwing a how many cups of washed fruit in a bowl. Then add a handful of walnuts. I can keep my nuts in the refrigerator or freezer for their fatty acids quality omega-3 does not diminish with time. Then I'll add some hemp seeds are an incredible source of protein. In a tablespoon will about 8 grams of protein. That is huge! So if someone asks throwing good ol 'at you: "Where do you get your protein from?" if you are vegan or vegetarian, just tell them they eat hemp seed. Hemp seeds are also a great source of omega-3 fatty acids. Sprinkle 1-2 tablespoons of hemp seeds on top, or however much you want.

Then add some sunflower seeds. Usually absorb to highlight the quality of life for them and reduce the enzyme inhibitors, but if you forgot to soak ahead of time, that's fine. Throw in a couple tablespoons of sunflower seeds.

ground flax seeds are a must. They are a great source of fiber, lignans, and again, omega 3 fatty acids. You can buy them before land, but to get the best quality seeds, simply grind yourself into any coffee grinder. You can also add a little flaxseed oil to breakfast cereals. Again, it is a great source of omega 3. Good fats are essential to our cardiovascular system and brain health.

And now for the secret ingredient: grated coconut. Coconut is another great source of healthy fats. Medium chain triglycerides are amazing for fat burning and resistance for sports. Cocos have anti-bacterial properties too. They also help keep a little more hunger.

I recommend using rice milk or milk nut on your cereal. You can make your own nut milk in the Vita-Mix no problem with some soaked dried fruit, water and a sweetener. Do not worry about draining pieces small, just right to pour the cereal! Lately we have been using banana milk. We just throw a banana in the blender with some water and a drop of almond extract. Makes tasty "milk." Just think outside the box and you will find milk many, many different you can use. Even I mean the cow's milk. Just please, do not even bring into the house!

Now, you may fill up quickly, because this cereal is very filling. But the real joy of this cereal is that you can put it in the fridge and eat it later because it will not get soaked.

You do not have to be a raw foodist to enjoy this amazing cereal. Is filled with high quality nutrition and there is no absurdity that do not want to put in your body as all cereals only one in the shops. We berries nuts, coconut, hemp seeds, flax seeds and oil, sunflower seeds, and a little banana milk in our cereal nutritious. Mix and match whatever you want!

One thing is certain. If you want to lose weight or simply just feel great and maximize the energy that is experiencing on a daily basis, raw foods and life will revolutionize your life, so give this cereal a try. He was dumping the old cereal in the trash immediately!
