I am starting a vegan raw food diet tomorrow any advice?
I have only $ 40 a week to go do you have a shopping list sample? and / or sample menus as you please eat
– Raw peas – Grapefruit – blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries – Pomegranate – Green apple – cayenne pepper – sprouted chickpeas – garlic – oranges / mandarins – ginger – apple cider vinegar – lemon juice – plum – apricot – broccoli (I a demon!) – cauliflower – Carrots – spinach, kale, chard – sunflower / pumpkin seeds – almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts – cabbage – celery – cucumber – lentil sprouts – alfalfa / Radish sprouts – avocado (I do not like but most of these people love) as you can see, nothing really exotic here – in my opinion superfood powders BC and others are scams are so expensive and unnatural! good luck: D in terms of money is going, apples are like 11 each at most grocery stores and vegetables are cheaper to buy in bulk.
