What are some of the cheapest things to eat on a raw food diet?
I'm starting and hope to get answers to any person who is actually a raw foodist. I dried the beans are very cheap and really would appreciate it if you share some recipes with beans or with me if not .. time They are cheap! I'm going shopping tomorrow so I put on my shopping list? I do not have a dehydrator or a blender, all I have is a blender and processor food. Anyway I wonder if I could use my oven (is electric) for drying things. I am also wondering why some recipes call for a "sprung" grains, etc. and how do you sprout the beans?
carrots, celery, onion, (depending on what part of the country where you live) … do not liquid .. not healthy for you .. But the vegetables are fine … also, broccoli, cauliflower, almost anything you get in the vegetable department. can be eaten raw … Beans .. yes, good protein and very cheap … if you like send you some recipes to answer … are delicious … I promise …
