Great Dane lovers …. QT?

I own a first time of a Great Dane AKC, now my Great Dane does not seem to want to eat your food, but if i mix an egg in his food he eats everything. Can anyone tell me why only want to eat your food with eggs in it. I also saw a video on you tube this man and his wife train Great Danes and had four of them now not to damage feed raw chicken now if anyone knows about this raw meat diet can send information please I'm trying to get my child to eat more and put some weight on it is 1.5 years. and is about 125 pounds.
