Do you think this is right? How much weight can I lose?
So I go to a totally raw diet, since I did it once before and I I felt absolutely fantastic. Here are the foods you eat. (let me know if you think you should eat other things) Carrots Celery Cucumbers Lettuce Tomatoes Broccoli Squash Cauliflower Peppers Onions Oranges Parsley Peaches Apples Strawberries Bananas Pineapple Grapefruit Prunes Blueberries Flax eggs Olive Vinaigrette Sal What I'm planning to do is eat eggs in the morning, noon piece of fruit or vegetable salads and cooked some for lunch and dinner. I'll go to the gym 3-4 times a week for an hour-1 hour and 1 / 2 Therefore, my question is: How important do you think you can lose by doing this for 3 weeks and there's something else I should do / eat? Sorry, but this is a terrible idea. You could lose weight, but health would be very bad indeed. We suffer and carrier protein and muscle loss. Note the heart muscle. There was also still suffer from deficiencies of nutrients cos no matter how many vegetables you eat, the body can not absorb the reality, vitamins A, E, D and K, without adequate fat intake. Carbohydrates are essential to regulate cholesterol and cutting out play Havok with ATTERIES. In general it is most likely irreversible damage, and I recommend it. X
