Help with my diet please ..?
I am 5'3 and 18 pounds around 119ish. I decided each much less and much, more healthy. I am basing my meals raw fruit vegtables * * * * homemade vegetable soup yogurt * Salmon * Tuna * raw meat rice cakes? (What are good diet food?) * Variety of beans high fiber cereals and lots of water and green tea. I also have to be hitting again spend thinking it would be perfect, but apparently not? Someone have any information about them? I'm hoping to lose weight for 3 weeks. My meals are small, about 4 hours apart. Will I lose weight fast with this food? I'll exercise. I fear that if cutting bread and other starch derivatives for 3 weeks, but return to it later, I'll gain weight again: (Opinions please!
Your diet plan seems to be doing his "life changes", which obviously the work of your diet goal. Remember that losing weight all you have to think about is the simple factor (calories in calories) as long as eating less to record one day, you will lose weight. Keep in mind that you could eating lots of "healthy" foods, but do not lose weight! And that could happen if you do not take into account the calories. My advice to you would be eating contained food including treats / sweets / and bread (pasta etc.) Only healthy proportions. In the end it's all about calories, they also make you allowed to eat what you want or you will crave those foods even more. If you limit your calorie intake by half the amount your diet now definitely going to lose weight. So what has happened to about 1,500 calories and you will be fine.
