Why not any of the sites cookbooks have many raw food recipes or meals?

There are lots of desserts, tickets, soups, sauces, biscuits, etc, but almost no "main meals." Why is this? This is the most important type of food. Where I can find some raw food meals.

What is your definition of a main meal? Do people most do not consider it a main dish, perhaps with the addition of a soup or other side?
