It's becoming and becoming a vegetarian to eat raw foods the same?
I just saw this on You Tube that these people lost a lot weight by just eating raw foods. Now I'm very interested in doing this, but is this the same thing has just become a vegetarian? If not can someone explain the difference pleeeeaaaase and show me a sample menu from someone who is eating only raw foods to eat. HELP I am new to this!
No. Vegetarianism is a diet without meat. raw foodism (AKA raw veganism) is a plant based diet where nothing is cooked above a certain level. While "regular" vegans are well baked foods without milk and cooked food, raw food advocates only eat, well … raw food! It sounds ridiculously difficult to point that it would be worthwhile for me. But again, I'm vegan for the animals, not eating bread will not save any of the furry.
