Does anyone know of a good raw food / dairy cherry and coconut ice cream recipe?

I saw a recipe for a newspaper a while ago but was not Gross. Would this work well? cream of coconut, cashew milk, cherries (one with the PIP removed and pulverized to create some cherry flavor) and coconut grated with a little brandy? If so, what proportion should I use? A quick search on Google, do not bring me the exact type of recipe I'm looking for. I'm from Australia

I make raw foods – raw pineapple ice cream a lot! Cherry is advisable that frozen bananas too, and they work very well alone. Swirl cherry or a mixture of heavy through the banana ice cream (banana use 3-4) as we often do with raspberries. Or mix it all together with cream coconut also and see what happens! There are many recipes for raw raw coconut ice cream, made with coconut meat, but the cream of coconut, cashews (no milk) can work well. I would not use the brandy. Try vanilla? Sounds good!
