good blender / shop professional cooking equipment in Egypt recomendation? and organic foods? (Alex / area of Cairo)

i know nobody in Egypt understand my fascination w / a blender smoothies + good for my obsession mixed drinks … I would like to find a place that sells something similar to blenders Starbucks (used HP3 champion and now became blendtech). It has 3 HP (horsepower) + my husband asked what I need all that power to / i if the plan fusion nail. Also, do not undestand the need to maintain the organic diet as possible, or why I'd want to "juice juicing …" Needless to say, will have no clue or their relatives and friends who are not in the same things as me. So if you can tell me where I can pick up a blender or in Egypt, since there are probably regulations related to flying with you I appreciate that. There is also a vegan or raw food (no, not a place for sushi) or known restaurant in Cairo or Alexandria (hardly can find in places other than major cities in California or Seattle, so I guess it's a no-go … but maybe ????)

Ok I have to answer this question for a few reasons: I am a vegetarian, and look for food and feed line, you will find that simply ecolabelling of an Egyptian company called Isis, who produce everything, and even produce organic coffee (a little strange because Egypt does not produce coffee ),,,, its products are sold everywhere, in major mega markets such as Metro, Carrefour thickets or As for the blender, it is very professional blenders are sold in Cairo and Alex, just visit Siemens agent in downtown (near the Sphinx Square) and find what you want, and if you want to go for a more professional mixers, just visit any company that sells (needs hotel) I think one in Maadi, as for the electrical current in Egypt, which is different from 220V/50Hz USA which is 110V/60Hz any good electrician easily fixed by adding a converter and some capacitors | (if necessary), and the profession more converters are sold in Alatas square, as my own home theater (audio laboratory in California state and my Magic Chef stove and oven in the U.S. also) could easily fix that now for a vegetarian restaurant, I would advise eating one of the Lebanese restaurants because they have more variety of foods Vegi in other East Kitchen East,,, (which I always do, along with the food of Egypt, as Koshary, beans …) the good news that 10% of Egyptians are Christians and the fastest of the year (who eat no animal products) so you will also find a variety of vegetarian food in supermarkets (even the fake meat, hamburger, cheese, mayonnaise. Milk powder from soybeans, frozen,,,, etc) and will be called Syamy lots of food (the restaurants are selling also removed, like sandwiches or pizza Syamy Syamy,,,, and that is everywhere …. lucky
