Ideal meal plan?
I would like someone who knows a little about how to eat healthy to make a week of ideal diet, with food that are low in saturated fat and murderers of the heart, weight loss and healthy living. researching this topic fails, and you can not understand all overwhelming. But I can follow a regiment, but its boring. the only requirements I have are: no fish or seafood. no raw eggs, I can only have scrambled eggs. without olives I have no kitchen (apartment living) and therefore only have kitchen supplies rudimentry am too busy to spend much time cooking I would use this diet and over again, week after week, only eating out of it for social development reasons. I would like to lose about 30 pounds and lower my chlorestoral. I am physically active, use the gym 2-3 times a week, and the bike and run frequently. I do not know how to eat. vague, general suggestions do not help: I need a plan. Can you help?
