LA or Miami for a raw food organic business?

I have some experience with Los Angeles, but not Miami, and am trying to help someone decide where to set up a "health food" store. Not your typical "health food" store so I will try to describe the current store in New York, which is quite successful in that people who come from afar to buy products. Pharmaceutical grade supplements sold all expensive side and natural body products, offer naturopathic consultation, weekly workshops on a variety of topics, and highlight the raw and organic. Its products have appeared in magazines like Lucky, Pure Food and Wine, and Elle. I hope this gives you an idea what kind of business. Would you say that LA or Miami would be the best in the market to create this kind of business? Thanks for all the points of view!

I think it's better than mine for this type of business, MIA is a tourist town and people do not behave While eating and drinking because they are on vacation for a few days. Good luck with your new business.
