15 years of age in a major health DeLima! Nutrition downward spiral …?

I am a broker 15 years old, primigravida. 5 months ago I committed to a vegetarian lifestyle. My problem is my eating habits are terrible. I am not overweight, I'm just concerned about the amount of food high density of nutrients (protein / IRON especially) I'm consuming way of being on the downside. The main problems are: 1. I have no time for breakfast. 2. lunch line in high school are pathetic. 3. I have to cook vegetarian dishes on my own, so I need some good recipes that are easy and use common ingredients you'd find in a typical refrigerator / pantry. 4. I almost do not eat raw vegetables because I hate / plain. How to prepare delicious vegetable? I hope you understand my problem: I am a vegetarian teenager need more selection of good food and above all the vegetables (I have no problem eating fruits). I need dishes that can cook on my own as well. (PS: I've heard of a website where you can type in ingredients you have and give you a prescription. How name?)
