Nutritional yeast is considered a raw food?

Technically, no. It is pasteurized to kill yeast. Apparently you do not want to live yeast in your system because some vitamins actually eat that do not receive them. So it's not technically raw, without But many sites talk about raw food and many raw food recipes are in there. It is a good source of vitamin B-12, so I guess that people make an exception.
