I'm starting a raw food diet ..?
What do I can eat a raw food diet? Can anyone give me a meal plan im doing this no mattter what, you could add a piece of cooked chicken once a week, does anyone has lost so much weight on this diet? If so how much? How long you took? you are exercising? please help:)
I've heard a few people with severe obesity, and loss more than 100 pounds eating raw food. I do not think you need lots of exercise. The weight naturally should stop because this is the way humans from centuries ago eat. Sign up for a good raw diet food web. They'll give you plenty of recipes. I warn you one thing, however … many of the ingredients are hard to find, or very expensive. I hope they live near a Whole Foods Market.
