raw food quick weight loss
which is better for losing weight?

low-carbohydrate diet or a diet of raw foods, eating only fruits and vegetables, dried fruits … giving thanks I know that none of them are really healthy, but hey, it's just for some quick weight loss is nothing too drastic thanks so much!

I would go for fruits and vegetables! They are naturally low in fat / calories and still have the vitamins you need to burn fat.
