Thinking that going raw can blow your budget? Definitely not meant to be. As for the next budget survival tips every list of uncooked foods should know:

1) Go slow

The truth is – whether it will be complete with elaborate equipment, measuring tools and expect to prepare food gourmet raw every day, there will be some investment to be made.

But you can always take smaller steps and go slowly. For starters, I do not recommend getting expensive equipment immediately. In fact, if you I have my 3D2N weekend detox, you can see that a person can be raw, even without a juicer.

I have a student who resides in Taiwan, which has zero team, and got to perform with raw food detoxification for more than five days!

Before going to buy a dehydrator or even a high powered blender, try to see if you can settle for any home blenders you already own. Even with these mixers common home, you can make some decent raw dishes.

When they feel more comfortable financially and ready to go to the chef / fantasy levels gourmet, you can choose to buy more equipment and the source of the most expensive ingredients.

2) Get the best you can within your capacity

If you compare organic nuts, dried fruit organic, of course, organic nuts will be much more expensive! And more on our little island where the availability is sometimes a problem. If you get the true organic versions blow your budget, then opt for non-organic versions in place. There is no perfect setting for every occasion, so just make the best out of our individual situations.

Imagine if you are trapped in a cell with either fries or baked potatoes (not organic), of course it will make more sense to choose the latter! Therefore, do not worry, just buy within your budget and reap the maximum benefits.

Remember that nature is generous, do you really need the special fruit plants for given us a valuable nutrient? Listening to her own body and make wise decisions, concerned about malnutrition can often be unnecessary.

3) Buy distributors / wholesalers

If you are concerned about the budget, then buy the wholesalers to buy more sense in supermarkets. Its all about value actually, you are paying for the overheads of the supermarket, advertising and transport costs, in exchange for accessibility and convenient shopping.
