You eat (consume) food cooked really bad for you and it leaves residue on the inside that can not be removed?
Is that why we eat fiber to try to get rid of, and move to the left-over content within, you can join or stay there another way? And this cause or contribute to colon cancer, disease-like illness? I always or usually eat cooked food for tea (dinner) and I thought most people also want, in Western Australia and he or developed world.
Well, any food that is steamed, canned pasteurized, baked, roasted, or irradiated has lost virtually all activity of the enzyme. Commercially grown produce is irradiated. SO enzymes are killed but buying fresh organic foods eaten raw or dried and not kill the enzymes!
